You have the right to…access your documents at your convenience. Today one of our clients in Richmond Hill called our office to explain the issue with their main filing cabinet. Each drawer of the cabinet had a separate key to access different documents. Our clients’ key was constantly jamming in the lock, preventing her from easily accessing the files. We sent a technician within the hour to replace the cylinder of the lock and rekey it to her original key. We’re happy to know our client will not have to waste any more time with a faulty lock.
