Sunday we received a call from a woman in Brampton that dropped her keys in an elevator shaft and she had to get somewhere in a hurry. We dispatched a technician for an emergency weekend service call and they generated a new key for her 2010 Chevrolet Aveo as quick as possible. It felt good to be able to help someone else relax after a stressful situation.
