Yesterday morning we dispatched a technician for a car lockout in Scarborough. A woman locked her key in the trunk of her 2004 Buick Rendezvous. Although at first she panicked about the situation, she calmed down after the technician opened the trunk and made her a spare key to avoid future lockouts.
