Moving out? One of our clients in Toronto called our office this morning regarding a tenant in their building that will be moving out and a new renter that will be moving in. In order to ensure no future unauthorized access to the unit, they called our office to have a technician rekey the existing lock. Now the new tenant can feel secured knowing that no one has the key to their new home.
