We received a call this morning regarding a residential lockout in the Mississauga area. This client is returning from their flight tonight and lost their spare set of house keys; their only other set of keys was inside their home. After checking their identification to prove the home was theirs, we were able to dispatch a technician to open their door. He also made them spare keys since he was already at their site. Now our clients can relax after a long flight home!
