Yesterday night we received an emergency service call request from a retail worker in Mississauga. They had broken the key to their storage room and had no idea how they were going to access the room. We dispatched a technician right away to service this store. After completing the service, the manager expressed their thankfulness and appreciation for the quick service by our technician.
