Although we know that everyone loves to relax, sometimes helping people feels a lot better. Today we received a call from a woman in Toronto that dropped her keys in an elevator shaft and she had to get somewhere in a hurry. We dispatched a technician for an emergency  service call and they generated a new key for her 2010 Chevrolet Uplander as quick as possible. It felt good to be able to help someone else relax after a stressful situation.
