What a morning some of our technicians had today! One of our technicians was dispatched very early this morning to service an office lock in the Thornhill area. The door would constantly lock in whoever is inside the room, disabling them to exit unless someone was to open the door from outside. We can only begin to imagine their frustration! Instead of imagining, we sent a technician to diagnose the issue and service the lock for better function. Our clients can have their private meetings with ease again.
