Yesterday night our office was contacted regarding a high security office lock in Markham that needed to be repaired. Our client was not able to lock their retail store after their final shift and needed to have the lock fixed as quickly as possible. Our technician was dispatched right away and repaired the lock as requested. After examining the lock, our technician was able to recommend a heavy duty lock that would better suite the store and its functions. After sending the client a quote, including the installation cost, our client special ordered the lock right away. We will be installing the lock later next week–can’t wait!
